摘  要:目的分析在临床实习带教中通过应用问题导向教学法的教学效果。方法随机抽取2017年5月—2019年6月医院58名进行临床实习的医学生,并以随机数字法为标准进行分组,对照组采用传统教学法进行临床实习带教,观察组则采用问题为导向教学法进行临床实习带教。比较两组实习生的出科考核成绩以及教学满意度情况。结果观察组实习生在临床病历书写、理论知识、临床操作技能三个方面的考核成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组在提高知识与实践能力、学习效率、激发学习兴趣、培养独立学习能力、团队学习能力、课堂气氛和综合满意度等方面的教学满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在临床实习带教中通过运用问题导向教学法可以有效提高学生的教学满意度并提升教学质量。Objective To analyze the teaching effect of applying problem-oriented teaching method in clinical practice teaching.Methods From May 2017 to June 2019,58 medical students who had clinical practice in our hospital were randomly selected and grouped according to the random number method.The control group used the traditional teaching method to carry out clinical practice teaching,while the observation group used the problemoriented teaching method to carry out clinical practice teaching.The paper compares the performance of the two groups of interns and their teaching satisfaction.Results The performance of the observation group in the three aspects of clinical pathology writing,theoretical knowledge and clinical operation skills were higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The observation group improved knowledge and practice ability,learning efficiency,and stimulated interest in learning.The teaching satisfaction of cultivating independent learning ability,team learning ability,classroom atmosphere and overall satisfaction was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of problemoriented teaching method in clinical practice teaching can effectively improve students'teaching satisfaction and improve teaching quality.
