摘 要:教学查房是推进床旁实践教学工作过程中可供择取和运用的关键性手段,在培养提升医学生群体的临床思维认知能力,狠抓规培生教学查房质量,对教学查房方法进行研究探讨,对提高规培生的临床教学质量十分必要,还有助于改善学生的基本工作岗位胜任能力。现阶段,教学查房工作推进过程中依然存在一定问题。论文选取“急性心肌梗死诊断治疗”作为典型教学案例,遵照启发式教学实践思路,保障教师主导地位与学生主体地位,尊重学生思维认知规律,按以下步骤进行;教学查房前准备;注重教学查房过程的细节;教学查房后进行病情分析讨论;最后带教教师根据本次教学查房问题总结发言。环环相扣,在传授知识和技能的同时,重点改善学生的基本能力和综合素质,获取优质教学工作效能。Teaching rounds are the key means to promote the practice teaching work beside the bed.It is necessary to improve the clinical teaching quality of students and to improve the students'basic job competence.At present,there are still some problems in the process of teaching rounds.This paper chooses"diagnosis and treatment of acute myocardial infarction"as a typical teaching case,according to the heuristic teaching practice,guarantees the teacher's leading position and the student's main position,respects the student's thinking cognition law,according to the following steps:preparation before teaching rounds;details of teaching rounds;disease analysis and discussion after teaching rounds.At the same time,we should improve the students'basic ability and comprehensive quality,and obtain the efficiency of high quality teaching work.
