摘　　要：目的了解全国卫生专业技术人员参加继续教育的意愿情况和提升参加继续教育积极性的主要方式。方法 2018年6月至10月,采用自行设计的调查问卷,在全国范围内通过在线答卷为主、纸质答卷为辅的方式进行问卷调查,了解卫生专业技术人员参加继续教育意愿情况及提升积极性的有效方式。结果 86.2%(30 754/35 694)的研究对象愿意参加继续教育,其中"非常愿意,克服困难积极参加"的占50.5%(18 018/35 694)。针对提升参加继续教育积极性有效方式,选择比例最高的为增强培训实效性[77.5%(27 678/35 701)]、强化培训针对性[66.7%(23 809/35 701)]。结论全国卫生专业技术人员参加继续教育的意愿很高,可通过增强培训实效性与针对性进一步提升其积极性。Objective To investigate the intentions and promotion forms of national medical professional workers in continuing medical education in China.Methods A self-designed questionnaire survey was conducted nationwide through online supplemented with paper questionnaire from June to October 2018.Results Totally 86.2%(30754/35694)of the respondents are willing to participate in continuing medical education,and fortunately 50.5%(18018/35694)with"Strong willingness".The effective ways to improve the motivation are enhancing training effectiveness[77.5%(27678/35701)]and relevance[66.7%(23809/35701)].Conclusions The intentions to participate in continuing medical education of national medical professional workers is high,and the enthusiasm can be further enhanced by strengthening the effectiveness and relevance of trainings.
