口腔医学生沟通技能态度的现状及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解口腔医学生沟通技能态度的现状,并探讨其影响因素。方法以整群抽样选取某校口腔医学生490人,以医学生沟通技能态度量表对其进行调查,并分析其影响因素。结果口腔医学生对沟通技能学习的积极态度得分为(56.851±6.121)分,消极态度得分为(30.947±8.631)分。多元回归结果显示,家庭关系和人际关系中沟通的重要程度是口腔医学生学习沟通技能积极态度的影响因素;性别、家庭关系、开设沟通技巧相关课程的必要性和人际关系中沟通的重要程度是口腔医学生学习沟通技能消极态度的影响因素。结论口腔医学生对学习沟通技能的积极态度属于偏高水平,消极态度处于中等水平,医学教育者需重视评估口腔医学生对学习沟通技能的态度,为培养学生的沟通技能提供参考。Objective To explore the current situation and influencing factors of dental students’attitudes towards learning communications skills.Methods A total of 490 dental students were selected by cluster sampling,Communication Skills Attitude Scale were utilized to investigate the students.Results The positive attitude score and negative attitude score of dental students were(56.851±6.121)and(30.947±8.631)respectively.Multivariate regression analysis showed that family relationship and the importance of communication in interpersonal relationships was the influencing factor of positive attitude of dental students in learning communication skills;gender,family relationship,the necessity of offering courses related to communication skills and the importance of communication in interpersonal communication were the negative attitudes of dental students in learning communication skills.Conclusion The positive attitude of dental students towards learning communication skills is at a high level,while the negative attitude is at a medium level.Medical educators should pay attention to the assessment of students’attitudes towards learning communication skills,effectively implement the development of courses related to communication skills,and guide and cultivate students’communication skills in a diversified way.
