体制属性视角下组织文化对企业探索性创新的影响研究

摘　　要：组织文化对创新活动的影响已引起较大关注,但聚焦于其对探索性创新的作用机理尚不丰富,尤其对差异化交易主体体制属性情境下的研究更是缺乏深入探索。基于此,文章从权利距离、不确定性规避、集体主义倾向、长期导向四个维度考量组织文化,考查了其对组织探索性创新的影响,以及交易主体体制属性的调节作用。结果显示:权利距离、不确定性规避与探索性创新呈负相关关系,长期导向能促进探索性创新,但集体主义倾向的影响不显著;同时,交易主体体制属性发挥了重要调节效应。研究指出,企业在开展创新活动时,应注重建构适宜的组织文化,同时应依据企业的创新发展定位,匹配性筛选适宜体制属性的交易主体,以提升探索性创新绩效。The influence of organizational culture on innovation activities has attracted great attention.However,the influence mechanism of focusing on explorative innovation has been explored to a less extent,especially the research on the physical attributes of differentiated transaction subjects is lack of in-depth exploration.Based on this,the paper measures the organizational culture from four dimensions of power distance,uncertainty avoidance,collectivism tendency and long-term orientation,and investigates its influence mode on organizational explorative innovation and the mediation role of physical attributes of the transaction subjects.The results show that right distance and uncertainty avoidance play negative roles on explorative innovation,long-term orientation can promote explorative innovation,and the influence of collectivism tendency is not significant.At the same time,the physical attribute of transaction subjects plays an important adjustment effect.The paper points out that,when carrying out innovation activities,enterprises should pay attention to the construction of appropriate organizational culture.At the same time,according to the innovation orientation,enterprises should select the transaction subject according to its appropriate systematic nature,in order to improve the performance of exploratory innovation.
