摘　　要：深化教育大数据应用、支撑引领教育教学改革,是国家教育现代化建设的重要内容。文章首先分析了与支撑高校教育大数据应用密切相关的数据治理、数据分析的定义和研究现状,随后设计了包含数据采集感知层、数据处理交换层、数据分析应用层、数据治理推进体制等四大模块的高校教育大数据应用支撑体系。最后,文章介绍了重庆邮电大学开展的基于“数据共享行动计划”的数据治理实践和基于“大数据分析行动计划”的数据分析实践,验证了所设计体系的可行性。作为一套完整的教育信息化解决方案,高校教育大数据应用支撑体系可以为高等院校建设智慧校园、推进智慧教育提供借鉴。Deepening the application of educational big data,and supporting and leading the education and teaching reform are the important contents of the national education modernization construction.Firstly,this paper analyzed the definitions and research statuses of data governance and data analysis that were closely related to supporting the application of educational big data in colleges and universities.Further,the application support architecture of educational big data in colleges and universities which included four modules of the data collection and sensing layer,the data processing and exchange layer,the data analysis and application layer,and the data governance and promoting mechanism was designed.Finally,this paper introduced the data governance practice based on“Data Sharing Action Plan”and data analysis practice based on“Big Data Analysis Action Plan”carried out in Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications,and verified the feasibility of the designed architecture.As a complete set of educational informationization solution,the application support architecture of educational big data in colleges and universities can provide reference for colleges and universities to construct smart campus and promote smart education.
