摘 要:以机制专业学生能力培养为目的,结合我校"双一流"学科特色、学科竞赛活动以及机制专业特点,提出了一种以学科竞赛项目为依托,具有明显新农科特色的学生能力培养模式。根据不同竞赛项目对学生不同能力层次的要求,有针对性地对不同阶段学生制订阶段性的知识能力培养体系。实践证明,该模式符合机械工程教育专业认证对学生能力培养的要求,且较原有培养模式在学生创新实践、文字表达等方面具有很大的优势,尤其是对专业精英化学生的培养具有明显效果,该创新人才模式对高校人才的培养具有广泛借鉴意义。During the background of"Double First-Class"subject characteristics,the upsurge of subject competitions,and the characteristics of mechanical major,that is proposed an ability development mode for mechanical students based on the subject competition project,which could help to establish a phased knowledge ability training system for different students at different stages,according to the different competence levels requirements which from different competition items.After three years of teamwork,it is proved that this mode can well meets the requirements of the mechanical engineering education professional certification,and have the obvious advantages in student innovation practice and their written expressions,and especially good for cultivation of the professional elites,above all,this mode have broad reference significance for higher education reform.
