摘　　要：根据课程和学生认知特点,对ERP沙盘课程实践教学与理论知识分阶段的有效融合进行研究,改变了以往重实践轻理论和理论实践相分离的教学模式,调整教学内容及理论和实践教学安排,建立"模拟实践、反思总结、理论渗透、反馈指导"的四段式教学模式,形成ERP沙盘实践教学与理论教学的耦合机制,更好做到理论与实践的有机结合。According to the characteristics of course and students,this paper studies the effective integration of practice teaching and theoretical knowledge in ERP sand table course,changes the previous teaching mode of combining poorly theory and practice,adjusts the teaching content and arrangement of theory and practice teaching,and establishes a four-stage teaching mode of"simulation practice,reflection summary,theory penetration and feedback guidance",Form the coupling mechanism of ERP sand table practice teaching and theory teaching,and better achieve the organic combination of theory and practice.
