摘 要:目的了解河南省焦作市农村生活饮用水卫生状况,为实现农村饮水安全提供科学依据。方法水样采集和检测依据《生活饮用水标准检验方法》GB/T 5750-2006要求,按《生活饮用水卫生标准》GB 5749-2006评价检测结果。结果 2016—2019年共检测水样1 672份,微生物指标总合格率为85.23%,以菌落总数合格率最低(89.65%);不同年度水样合格率差异有统计学意义(χ~2=75.921,P<0.05);枯水期合格率(91.51%)显著高于丰水期合格率(78.95%),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=52.372,P<0.05);出厂水合格率(85.71%)略高于末梢水合格率(84.78%),差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0.292,P>0.05)。结论焦作市农村生活饮用水微生物指标合格率呈逐年下降趋势,菌落总数超标是主要问题;相关部门应尽快采取措施,强化水源管理,完善并使用消毒设施,加强水质监测,以减少介水传染病的暴发与流行。Objective To know the sanitary conditions of drinking water in rural area of Jiaozuo city,Henan province,and provide scientific basis for ensuring drinking water safety in rural area.Methods The water samples were collected and detected according to Standard Examination for Drinking Water-Microbiological Parameters(GB/T 5750-2006),and evaluated as Standard for Drinking Water Quality(GB 5749-2006).Results There were 1672 water samples detected from 2016 to 2019 with total qualified rate of microbial indicators of 85.23%.The qualified rate of total bacterial count was the lowest(89.65%).There was statistical difference(χ2=75.921,P<0.05)in the qualified rates among different years.The qualified rate was higher in dry season(91.51%)than in wet season(78.95%),with statistical difference(χ2=52.372,P<0.05),and a little higher of the finished water(85.71%)than that of the tap water(84.78%),without statistical difference(χ2=0.292,P>0.05).Conclusions The qualified rate of microbial indicators of drinking water in rural area of Jiaozuo decreases year by year,and the total number of bacteria count over the standard is the main reason.The relevant department should take measures as soon as possible for strengthening the management of water source,improving and applying disinfection facilities,and strengthening the surveillance of water quality,to reduce the outbreak and prevalence of water-borne diseases.
