摘 要:双创背景下,该文以“教赛融合”为切入点,探索产品设计创新应用型人才培养教学模式;通过对产品设计专业教学现状分析,结合赛事项目综合能力需求,从“目标、过程、实训、考核”四层次推进“教赛融合”产品设计专业教学改革实践;“赛中教、赛中学”的产品设计教学理念和方式,不仅有利于学生自主建立、完善知识架构,为创新提供动力源,而且有助于提高学生实践应用能力,促进创新成果的及时转化,助力国家人才大国向人才强国的转换。Under the background of mass entrepreneurship and innovation,with the integration of teaching and competition as the starting point,this paper explores the teaching model of product design innovation and applied talent training.Through the analysis of the current teaching situation of product design specialty,combined with the comprehensive ability requirements of competition projects,the teaching reform and practice of teaching-competition integration in product design specialty is promoted from four levels of"objective,process,training and assessment".The product design teaching concept and method of"teaching and learning in competition"are conducive to developing students'learning autonomy,perfecting their knowledge structure and providing motivation for innovation.It also helps to improve students'practical application ability,promote the timely transformation of innovation results,and help the country become a powerful country of talents.
