专创融合型大学生科创社团建设措施研究——以农业机械化工程专业下设科创社团为例

摘　　要：新时期,创新和创业的号召越来越强劲,大学生的就业形势也越来越严峻。为积极响应国家号召,开展大学生科技比赛,发扬了高校的创新精神、培养了学生的创新意识。大学生科创协会通过组织大学生学习科技知识、不断实践创新、转化科技成果来培养学生的科创意识、创新精神。它是高校培养具有实践能力和创新精神的高精尖人才的重要方法。该文根据东北农业大学工程学院机电研究中心发展历程、参赛经验,针对专创融合型大学生科创社团的组织构建与建设方案进行分析研究,并针对创新人才培养模式进行了探讨。In the new era,the call for innovation and entrepreneurship is getting stronger and stronger,and the employment situation for college students is getting more and more severe.In order to actively respond to the call of the country,the college student science and technology competition has been launched,which carries forward the innovative spirit of universities and cultivates students'innovative consciousness.The science and technology innovation association of college students organizes students to learn the knowledge of science and technology,constantly practice innovation and transform scientific and technological achievements to cultivate students'awareness and spirit of innovation,which is an important way to cultivate high-tech talents with innovative ability and practical ability.Based on the development history and participation experience of the Electromechanical Research Center of the Engineering College of Northeast Agricultural University,this article analyzes and studies the organization and construction plan of the student science and technology innovation association based on the integration of specialty and innovation,and discusses the innovative talent training model.
