摘 要:本文主要分析了农耕文化的产生与特征,指出黄土的优良特征与古代祖宗崇拜理念促成了农耕文化传统的形成,由此形成了和谐共生的农耕哲学。它是与游牧文化完全不同的与自然相处的理念。和谐共生哲学所依靠的作物:小米、小麦与水稻分别成为时代的主角。但是随着人口的增长,作物需水量的增加与对自然索取的深入,华北干旱化加剧。水稻的独特生物学价值与南方优良的水环境,支撑了宋代以来南方经济中心地位的形成。This paper mainly analyzes the formation and characteristics of farming cultures,and points out that the fine characteristics of loess and the ancient ancestor worship concept contributing to the formation of the tradition of farming cultures,thus forming a harmonious symbiotic farming philosophy.It is a crop that is completely different from the nomadic cultures and relies on the philosophy of harmonious coexistence with nature.Millet,wheat and rice took the leading role of the times.However,with the growth of population,the biological characteristics of crop water requirement and the deepening of natural demand,the aridity of North China is becoming more and more serious.The unique biological value of rice and the excellent water environment in the south,which has helped the formation of the economic Center since the Song Dynasty.
