摘　　要：化学发光免疫分析技术(CLIA)是一种具有极高敏感度和特异性的新型检测分析技术,在临床、食品、环境、药物检测及动物疫病诊断等领域均有相关研究。本文主要收集近年来CLIA在疾病研究方面的相关报道,希望能够进一步开展CLIA在医学及兽医学领域的研究及应用。Chemiluminescence immunoassay(ClLIA)is a new detection and analysis technology with extremely high sensitivity and specificity.It has been studied in clinical,food,environmental,drug testing and animal disease diagnosis.This article mainly collects relevant reports on CLIA in disease research in recent years,and hope to further carry out research and application of CLIA in the fields of medicine and veterinary medicine.
