摘 要:心血管外科是临床医学本科生“外科学”教学工作中难度较大的章节,教学内容抽象、学习效率低下、历年考试成绩偏低。该研究创新性地引入“互联网+”技术“第五媒体”辅助心血管外科本科教学,使用手机APP、雨课堂、微信小程序等工具,提升了教学成绩,提高了教学效果,收获了较高的学生满意度。“第五媒体”辅助教学是对传统教学方法的补充和改进,是探索心血管外科本科教学的新方法。Cardiovascular surgery is a difficult chapter in surgery teaching for undergradu-ates. Usually, there are problems such as abstract teaching content, poor teaching efficiency as well as low exam scores in previous years. This research innovatively brought in "the Fifth Med-ia", technology of "Internet +", to assist teaching in cardiovascular surgery of undergraduates, using smartphone APP, rain classroom and mini programs in WeChat to promote teaching perfor-mance, improve teaching effect, and achieve high satisfaction of students. Using "the Fifth Med-ia" to assist teaching is the supplement and improvement of traditional teaching methods, and is also the new method to explore undergraduate teaching of cardiovascular surgery.
