摘 要:目的探讨以数据分析为基础的视频反馈教学法在物理诊断学教学中的应用。方法以华中科技大学2014级八年制为实验组,以2013级八年制为对照组,对照组采用传统物理诊断学教学模式授课,实验组将视频反馈教学与传统授课方式相结合。通过建立诊断学体格检查教学模块,量化技能操作各环节,利用视频采集学生操作数据,指导学生学习和教师教学。以各模块视频评分与期末技能考核和诊断学卷面考试评估课程学习成效。结果实验组课后练习次数、总练习时间高于对照组。实验组技能考核中操作手法、操作内容、操作顺序表现优于对照组;此外,职业态度、医患沟通、人文关怀表现也均优于对照组。实验组卷面考核成绩高于对照组。实验组阶段考核成绩与技能考核成绩具有较强相关性,实验组对视频反馈教学具有较高认同度。结论以数据分析为基础的视频反馈教学法应用于物理诊断学教学中,可促进学生自主学习,显著提高学生的操作技能及综合素质。Objective To investigate the application effect of data-analysis-based video feedback in the teaching of diagnostic physical examination.Methods Students in eight-year program enrolled in 2014 were selected as the experiment group,while students in eight-year program enrolled in 2013 were chosen as the control group.The control group was taught by traditional teaching mode,while video feedback combined with traditional teaching mode was adopted in the experiment group.Through establishing modules for the teaching of diagnostic physical examination,skill operation in each link was quantized,and students'operation data was selected with video to guide students'learning and teachers'teaching.Video scores of each module,final skills assessment and diagnostic exams were used to evaluate learning effect of course.Results The experiment group practiced more frequently after class,and the overall time of practice of the experiment group was more than those in the control group.In the skill examination,the experimental group performed better than the control group in terms of operating method,operating content as well as operating sequence.Besides,the experimental group also acquired better scores than the control group in professional attitude,communication between doctors and patients and humanistic care.In terms of diagnostic exams,the experimental group had higher scores than the con-trol group.The result of stage examination of the experimental group was strongly relevant to that of the skill examination,and the experimental group expressed high degree of recognition to video feedback.Conclusion Applying data-analysis-based video feedback teaching method in diagnostic physical examination can promote students'independent learning,and significantly improve students'operation skills as well as comprehensive quality.
