摘  要:目的将术中三维导航结合显微镜技术引入脊柱外科教学,探讨该教学方法的效果。方法选取苏州大学2018年11月至2019年3月临床专业本科学生共69人,分为对照组和实验组,对照组采用传统的教学方法,实验组引入三维导航结合显微镜技术获取的术中影像辅助教学,对比两组学生的考核成绩,并问卷调查所有学生对两种教学方法的评价。结果实验组学生的考核成绩优于对照组;问卷调查结果显示,实验组在学习兴趣、知识掌握度、教学满意度等方面均优于对照组。结论将术中三维导航结合显微镜技术引入脊柱外科教学实践中,能激发学生的学习兴趣,提高教学效果。Objective To introduce intraoperative 3D navigation combined with microscope technology in the teaching of spine surgery,and explore the effect of this teaching method.Methods A total of 69 clinical undergraduate students in Soochow University from November 2018 to March 2019 were selected and divided into the control group and the experimental group.Traditional teaching methods were adopted in the control group,while image-assisted teaching methods obtained from 3D navigation combined with microscope technology were introduced to the teaching of the experimental group.The assessment results of the two groups were compared.At the same time,questionnaires were used to collect students'evaluation towards these two teaching methods.Results The results of exam in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group.According to the questionnaire survey,students in the experimental group gave better evaluation than the control group in terms of learning interest,knowledge mastery and teaching satisfaction.Conclusion The introduction of intraoperative 3D navigation combined with microscope technology into the teaching practice of spine surgery can stimulate students'interest and improve the teaching effect.
