摘 要:基于增材制造技术(3D打印)的创新设计,设计并制作一款普通车床的教具,教具结构完整,能够模拟机床真实的传动原理。另一方面,教具体积小,质量轻,可以直接搬入课堂,使学生在理论课堂上真实、直观的学习机床传动过程,有助于学生掌握知识。同时,该车床模型还可以作为机床拆装课程的教具使用,相比较拆解一台真实的机床,成本低,不影响学生掌握基础知识,可以在职业学校大范围推广使用。Based on the innovative design of additive manufacturing technology(3 D printing),a teaching aid for ordinary lathes was designed and manufactured.The teaching aid has a complete structure and can simulate the real transmission principle of the machine tool.On the other hand,the teaching material is small in size and light in quality,and can be directly moved into the classroom,so that students can learn the machine tool transmission process in a real and intuitive way in theoretical classrooms,which help students master knowledge.At the same time,the lathe model can also be used as a teaching aid for Machine Disassembly Courses.Compared with disassembling a real machine tool,the cost is low,and it does not affect the students to master the basic knowledge,and can be widely used in vocational schools.
