摘　　要：2020年,对于企业而言,是非常艰难的一年。于小企业、创新企业而言是如此,于大企业、老牌企业而言也是如此。麦当劳上半年营收同比下滑18.77%,计划在美关店200家;吉野家本土市场3-5月累计亏损40亿日元,将在全球范围内关店150家;无印良品美国子公司负债6400万美元,已申请破产;Burberry美洲市场销售额下跌70%,预计全球裁员500人……It is dificult for the enterprises in 2020.McDonald's plans to close 200 stores in the United States and Yoshino will close 150 stores worldwide.American subsidiary of MUJI filed for bankruptcy.Already in the economic downturn,coupled with the epidemic,many companies including giant enterprises can not survive.We choose 8 failed giant enterprises in this year to find the cause of their fail.We hope it is a useful lesson for Zhejiang's enterprises on the road to success.
