大学英语教学改革助推宁波城市国际化进程的路径探析

摘　　要：在城市国际化进程中,人才占据着十分重要的战略地位。宁波高校作为宁波市优秀人才资源输出的主阵地,在助力宁波城市国际化水平提升方面发挥着重要的作用,同时也面临着全新的机遇和挑战。大学英语教学作为国际化人才培养的重要抓手,要从革新思想理念、扎实师资保障、开发校本课程、创新方法组织、完善评价模型等路径进行教学改革,助推宁波城市国际化进程。In the Internationalization process of our cities,talents take a very important strategic position.As the main resource for exporting excellent talents for Ningbo,universities and colleges in Ningbo play a significant role in boosting Ningbo’s Internationalization level,but are also facing new challenges.English language teaching in universities and colleges,as an important approach to cultivate international talents,should be reformed by adopting innovative ideas,solidify teacher resource guarantee,develop university-special curriculum,innovate organization of all methods,and perfect evaluation models,so as to promote the process of internationalization of Ningbo city.
