疫情防控背景下的中小学干部培训策略

摘　　要：中小学干部培训虽受疫情影响困难重重,但优质高效的培训对顺利开展疫情防控工作至关重要。线上培训或结合线下培训的方式还在探索之中,培训内容尚未能由点入面做好科学系统的设计,后勤管理工作面临重重挑战,培训评价还未有效贴合培训目标。针对以上问题,可以充分借助互联网资源和平台,突出重点培训内容的设计和规划、拓宽和挖掘课程资源的广度和深度、实时跟进和改进评价机制等几个方面科学展开。Although the training of cadres of primary and middle schools has been affected by the Coronavirus,high-quality and efficient training is essential to the smooth implementation of epidemic prevention and control.Online or a combination of offline and online training method is still being explored,the training content has not yet been designed,the logistics management is facing numerous challenges,and the training evaluation has not yet effectively matched the training objectives.In response to the above problems,we can make full use of Internet resources and platforms,highlight the design and planning of key training content,broaden and tap the breadth and depth of course resources,follow up in real time and improve the evaluation mechanism.
