摘  要:基于丝绸之路沿线国家经济腾飞的发展计划,我国近年来招收来自亚洲国家的留学生数量不断增加,留学生培养质量的问题突显出来。本文提出留学生培养的小班制和理实一体的培养方案,促进留学生学习我国工程技术,为发展本国经济提供科技力量。以陕西工业职业技术学院2018级机械制造与自动化专业留学生为教学研究对象,展开学生专业教学探索与实操实训,学生能够充分参与教学活动,并积极动手实践课程实训内容,经过“小班制、理实一体”新的教学方式的培养,学生反馈理实一体的教学方式有利于能力提升。该教学方式可应用实验班、创新创业、本科专业等学生的培养方案,为来华留学生及我校学生的能力培养提供借鉴基础。Based on the expectations of the countries along the Silk Road for economic take-off,the number of overseas students from Asian countries in China has been increasing in recent years,and the problem of the quality of international students training has been highlighted.This paper puts forward a training scheme of small class system and combination of theory and practice to promote international students to learn Chinese science and engineering technology,and to provide scientific and technological strength for the development of domestic economy.Taking 2018 mechanical manufacturing and automation major students in our university as the research object,the students can fully participate in teaching activities and actively practice the course training content.After the cultivation of the new teaching method of"small class system and combination of theory and practice",the student feedback that the teaching method of combination of theory and practice is conducive to the improvement of students'ability.This course can be used for reference in the cultivation of undergraduate students'innovative ability.
