摘　　要：目的:探讨艾滋病感染者强制隔离戒毒人员戒毒动机、自我概念、生命意义感与复吸倾向的关系。方法:采用《田纳西自我概念量表》、中文生命意义问卷、复吸倾向问卷及戒毒动机问卷对被试进行测量。结果:链式中介效应分析表明,艾滋病感染者强制隔离戒毒人员自我概念、生命意义感在戒毒动机与复吸倾向之间产生的链式中介效应显著,其效应值为(0.035),Bootstrap 95%的置信区间为[-0.514,-0.013]。结论:艾滋病感染者强制隔离戒毒人员戒毒动机通过自我概念和生命意义感的链式中介效应间接影响复吸倾向。Objective:To explore the relationship between drug detoxification motivation, self-concept, meaning in life and relapse tendency in AIDS compulsory isolation of drug addicts. Methods:The subjects were measured by the Tennessee Self-Concept Scale, the Chinese Meaning in Life Questionnaire, the Relapse Tendency Questionnaire and the Drug Detoxification Motivation Questionnaire. Results:The chain mediating analysis showed that the self-concept and meaning of life could mediate the relationship between the motivation and relapse tendency in AIDS compulsory isolation drug addicts, and the effect size is(0.035), the bootstrap 95% confidence interval is [-0.514,-0.013]. Conclusion:The drug detoxification motivation of AIDS compulsory isolation of drug addicts indirectly affects the relapse tendency through the chain mediation effect of self-concept and meaning of life.
