摘　　要：为了研究姜辣素与砂仁组合物的联合抗呕吐作用,将水貂随机分组,分别给予顺铂、硫酸铜、阿扑吗啡,建立3种水貂呕吐模型,观察姜辣素与砂仁组合物的止呕效果。结果显示,姜辣素与砂仁组合物能降低3种经典催吐剂致呕率、减少呕吐次数并延长呕吐潜伏期(P<0.01),且二者具有协同作用。表明姜辣素与砂仁组合物具有协同抗呕的作用,是低毒的天然药物。To study the antiemetic effect of gingerol and amomum villosum composition.Minks were randomly divided to 3 kinds of emetic animal models by administrating with cisplatin,copper sulfate and apomorphine.The antiemetic effect of gingerol and amomum villosum composition was observed in the emetic animal models.The composition significantly reduced vomiting rates,and frequency of vomiting and prolonged the potential period of the vomiting by the three classical emetics,which show synergistic effect.Gingerol and amomum villosum composition have synergistic effect on reducing vomiting,which is the natural and low toxic drug.
