摘　　要：近些年,随着我国人民生活水平的不断提高,人们运动健身的意识及需求也随之增大。高校体育人力资源服务社会是新时代所提出的新要求,在一些体育资源比较丰富的高校对应的资源社会利用效率比较低,很多社会性的功能没有完全的发挥出来。分析高校体育人力资源社会服务过程中存在的问题和措施,以期为提高高校体育人力资源服务社会的效率,推动中国的经济发展提供有效的理论依据。With the rapid development of China’s economic level in recent years,people have increased awareness and demands on physical fitness.New era brings new requirement that human resources of college sports should serve the society;however,some universities with abundant sports resources have not given full play to social functions,because they have relatively low social utilization efficiency of resources.To this end,this paper analyzes in detail the problems existing in the process of the social service by college sports and human resources and puts forward corresponding measures,hoping to improve the efficiency of social service by college sports and human resources and to provide effective theoretical basis for promoting the economic development of China.
