摘  要:基于《小学教育专业认证标准》,高师院校全科制小学教师职前培养应该目标定位清晰、特色鲜明,课程与教学应以乡村情怀和综合能力培养为重点,提高全科小学教师的人才培养质量,必须建构高师院校引领、地方政府主导、乡村小学积极参与的人才培养机制,同时,《标准》自身也需要兼顾全科教师培养,在实践中进一步完善。Based on Standards of Professional Certification for Primary Education,pre-service training of general teachers in normal universities should have clear targets and distinctive features.Corresponding curriculum and teaching should focus on training their rural sentiment and comprehensive ability,and improve the quality of talent training.To this end,it is necessary to construct a talent training mechanism led by normal universities,dominated by local governments,and involving the active participation of rural elementary schools;meanwhile,Standards itself needs to take into account the training of general teachers and further improve it in practice.
