摘 要:采用双横臂悬架结构的高舒适性虚拟轨道列车,其上横臂长度直接影响过道宽度,与悬架运动学性能也有密切联系。为分析过道宽度对悬架运动学性能的影响,首先根据实车硬点坐标建立某型虚轨列车双横臂悬架运动学模型;基于实际结构空间,设置臂长在290~490 mm范围内变动,针对双轮同向跳动、双轮反向跳动和转向3类工况,分析不同臂长下悬架主要运动学参数及其变化梯度的差异;最后通过综合分析获得合理的上横臂长度及车身过道宽度。分析结果表明,该悬架上横臂臂长越短,多数运动学参数及其梯度出现一定程度劣化,但劣化程度有限,部分参数有提升;通过运动学分析和多数大客车过道宽度统计值,选择将过道宽度设置为700 mm,从悬架运动学角度来讲,该过道宽度合理可行。The upper arm length has direct effect on the aisle width for the virtual track train adopting double wishbone suspension with high comfort,suspension kinematics are also closely related with it.To analyze the kinematics effect of the aisle width,first of all,a kinematics model of the double wishbone suspension is established according to actual hard point coordinates.Then based on the actual structure space,the upper arm length is set to be varied in the range of 290-490 mm.The differences of the main kinematic parameters and their gradients for different arm lengths are analyzed under three kinematic conditions of parallel wheel travel,opposite wheel travel and steering.Finally,a reasonable upper arm length and the corresponding carbody aisle width are obtained through comprehensive analyses.The results show that when the upper arms are shortened,most kinematic parameters and their gradients are deteriorated to some extent,few parameters are improved.According to the kinematics analysis and the statistical aisle width of most large buses,the virtual track train aisle is set to 700 mm.From the perspective of suspension kinematics,the selected aisle width is reasonable and feasible.
