摘  要:实践教学是培养本科生综合能力和素质的重要载体,对于生命科学专业学生尤为重要。"植物基因工程实验技术"有机地整合了分子生物学、植物基因工程和细胞工程的核心技术,是一门教学和科研相融合的综合性实验课程。课程建设紧紧围绕加强"两性一度",教学目标体现知识、能力、素质有机融合的高阶性,教学设计通过从一个基因到细胞再到完整植株的科学实践充分体现了科研转化教学的创新性。建设高质量"金课"的教学实践收到了良好成效,提升课程挑战度是进一步教改努力的方向。Practical course teaching is an important carrier for developing students′ comprehensive ability and quality. The experimental course is especially important for students major in life science. The Plant Genetic Engineering Technology is a comprehensive course that we manage to integrate research project and practical skills well for skills training. Based on the innovation of teaching design, starting from the scientific question of how to obtain a transgenic plant by introducing an interest gene, a series of reforms are conducted aiming to help students to develop deep knowledge with variable practical abilities. The further goal of our teaching reformation is to introduce more challenges by encouraging problem-based learning into the course.
