摘  要:尿素循环是代谢生物化学中氨基酸代谢一章的教学重点和难点,同时也是该章最为精彩的部分。如何利用各种教学手段清晰透彻并通俗易懂地讲好该循环并融入思政元素,达到良好的教学效果是所有生物化学教师共同的期待。本文详细叙述了如何充分利用生物化学课堂的多种教学手段和技巧进行积极探索和尝试,重点在课程导入、内容展开和结尾等环节进行尿素循环章节的教学探索,旨在与同行交流与分享,提高生物化学课堂的教学质量。Urea cycle is the most inportant and difficult part for teaching in the chapter of amino acid metabolism in Metabolic Biochemistry, and it is also the most attractive part of the chapter. It is the common expectation for all biochemistry teachers to explain the cycle clearly and easily using all kinds of teaching methods, and integrate the ideological and political elements to achieve good teaching effectiveness. This paper describes in detail how the author makes full use of various teaching methods and techniques in Biochemistry course to actively explore new teaching skills, focusing on the introduction of the course, content expansion and ending, etc., aiming to communicate and share with colleagues and improve the teaching quality of Biochemistry classroom.
