摘 要:“对话式”教学就是以师生为平等对话主体、师生通过对话共同主导课堂的教学,是与“独白式”教学相对应的一种教学方式。“独白式”教学就是以教师为主体、教师主导课堂的教学,它剥夺了学生的学习自由,也剥夺了教师的教学自由,其弊端是:一降低学生的自我认同和参与度,二降低学生听课积极性和主动性,三影响教师发现和培养拔尖创新学生。“对话式”教学的优势是:一提升学生的自我认同和参与度,二提升学生的学习积极性和主动性,三利于教师发现和培养拔尖创新学生。大学“对话式”教学要真正走向课堂,还需要做到以下几点:一是保证学生参与对话的适当时间,二是提高学生参与对话的积极性,三是提升师生对话的质量。“Dialogue type teaching”is a sort of teaching which regards teachers and students as the main body in the equal dialogue,and teachers as well as students dominate the classroom teaching.It is opposite to“monologue teaching”.“Monologue teaching”is to take teachers as the main body,and teachers dominate the classroom teaching.Students are directly deprived of learning freedom and teachers are deprived of teaching freedom indirectly.Its disadvantages are the following:the first is to reduce students’self-identity and participation,the second is to reduce students’enthusiasm and initiative,the third is that teachers are not able to find and develop top creative students.The advantages of“Dialogue teaching”are:the first is to promote students’self-identity and participation,the second is to promote students’learning enthusiasm and initiative,the third is to ensure the teacher to discover and cultivate top creative students.For the undergraduate course“dialogue teaching”to move toward real classroom reaching,we also need to do the following:the first is to ensure that students have enough time to participate in the dialogue,the second is to improve students’enthusiasm to participate in the dialogue,the third is to improve the quality of the dialogue between teachers and students.
