民办本科高校教学型教师胜任力模型建构——基于浙江树人大学18位教学型教师的研究

摘　　要：教学质量是高校的生命线,而教师教学胜任力是教学质量的重要保障。教学型教师在民办本科高校人才培养中发挥着基础性作用。文章运用扎根理论的基本原理,对浙江树人大学18位教学型教师进行深度访谈,并通过开放式编码、主轴编码和选择性编码,构建包括教学驱力、教学能力和实践能力三个维度的教学型教师胜任力模型,以期为改进民办本科高校教学型教师的相关管理工作提供参考。Teaching quality is the lifeline of universities and teachers'teaching competence is an important guarantee of teaching quality.Teaching-oriented teachers play a fundamental role in the cultivation of talents in non-governmental regular universities.This paper uses the basic principle of grounded theory to conduct in-depth interviews with 18 teaching-oriented teachers in Zhejiang Shuren University.Through open coding,spindle coding and selective coding,a competency model of teaching-oriented teachers is constructed including the three dimensions of teaching drive,teaching ability and practical ability.It aims to provide a reference for improving the related management of teaching-oriented teachers in non-governmental regular universities.
