陕南农村中小学教师生存现状调查研究——以汉中市为例

摘　　要：采用问卷调查和实地访谈的方法,对陕南地区农村中小学教师的工作和生活状况进行调查。结果发现,农村中小学教师工作时间长,压力大,待遇低,教师对职业的满意度不高。针对以上问题,提出提高农村教师待遇,健全农村教师社会保障体系;合理安排农村教师工作量,完善农村教师培养体系;建立合理的乡村教师流动机制,确保义务教育城乡均衡发展等建议。This paper investigates and studies the working and living conditions of rural primary and secondary school teachers in southern Shaanxi by means of questionnaire survey and field interview.The results show that teachers in rural schools have long working hours,high pressure,low salary and low career satisfaction.In view of the above problems,the following suggestions are proposed:improving the benefits of rural teachers to perfect the social security system for rural teachers,rationally arranging the workload of rural teachers to improve the rural teacher training system,and establishing a sound mechanism for the flow of rural teachers to ensure the balanced development of compulsory education in urban and rural areas.
