摘　　要：高校青年教师是高校专任教师的重要组成部分,高校青年教师的教学水平决定了高校的教育质量。为了提高青年教师的教学水平,青年教师除了自身注重提高教学水平外,学校的大力支持也是提高青年教师教学能力的重要措施。学校可以通过岗前培训、讲课比赛、建立有效的督管制度等措施调动青年教师的积极性,促进青年教师教学能力的提高。Young teacher is an important part of full-time teachers in colleges and universities.Their teaching ability affects the education quality significantly.Young teachers have disadvantages such as relatively low teaching skills and lack of systematic teaching.In order to improve the teaching level of young teachers,the support of colleges and universities to improve their teaching skills is important besides their own effort.The colleges and universities can improve the teaching ability and motivate the enthusiasm of young teachers through pre-job training,teaching competitions,and the establishment of an effective supervision system.
