摘 要:运动项目的动作技术构成特性和项目本质属性决定了超等长训练手段的选择,唯此才能针对性地提高运动员的反应力量与专项爆发力水平。运动员应用超等长训练手段时,选择适宜的牵拉负荷、提高肌肉群"退让"工作能力、确保动作阶段时间短、动作衔接连贯流畅、与其他形式的力量练习相结合,并注重肌肉的恢复训练等十分必要。The characteristics of movement technique composition and the essential attributes of sports events determine the choice of super-long training means.Only in this way can the reaction force and special explosive force of athletes be improved.It is very necessary for athletes to choose suitable pulling load,improve the working ability of muscle group to"give way",ensure that the action stage is short and the movement is coherent and smooth,combine with other forms of strength training,and pay attention to muscle recovery training.
