摘  要:为了提高粉状食品称量包装机自动化程度、提高食品生产企业生产效率,设计了以嵌入式工控主板PXA270微处理器作为控制器,以威纶MT6070IH触摸屏为包装控制系统的人机交互系统,由触摸屏完成包装系统运行信息的显示和各种参数的设置,提高了包装系统的可视性和可操作性。在此硬件结构基础上设计称量包装系统软件,并在PID控制器中引入模糊控制理论,提高了PID控制器的自适应性。结果表明,在该控制系统下粉状食品称量误差能够控制在±1 g。该控制系统不仅提高了称量包装机的自动化程度,而且提高了食品称量精度,能够显著提高食品生产企业效率。In order to improve the automation of the powder food weighing and packaging machine and improve the production efficiency of food production enterprises, a human-computer interaction system is designed, which uses PXA270 microprocessor as the controller and Weinview MT6070 IH touch screen as the packaging control system. The display of the packaging system operation information and the setting of various parameters are completed by the touch screen, which improves the visibility and operability of the packaging system. On the basis of the hardware structure, the software of the weighing and packaging system is designed, and the fuzzy control theory is introduced into the PID controller to improve the self adaptability of the PID controller. The experimental results show that the weighing error of powdered food can be controlled within ±1 g under the control system. The control system not only improves the automation of the weighing and packaging machine, but also improves the weighing accuracy of food, which can significantly improve the efficiency of food production enterprises.
