摘  要:食用植物油中的重金属测定是食品质量控制的重要工作之一,关系到日常生活与健康。介绍一种能量色散X射线荧光光谱(ED-XRF)快速测试方法,食用植物油无需前处理,用能量色散X荧光光谱仪直接测定其中的铬、铅、镉元素,分析该方法的检出限、准确性、精密度、稳定性等性能。方法对食用植物油中各元素的方法检出限分别为Cr 0.275 mg/kg、Pb 0.071 mg/kg、Cd 0.049 mg/kg。方法准确性、稳定性等性能测试结果完全符合GB/T 4889—2008数据的统计处理标准。精密度测试结果完全符合GB/T 27404—2008标准要求。完成1个样品的测试时间不超过15 min,方法能够满足食用植物油中的铬、铅、镉元素的快速测试需求。Determination of heavy metals in edible vegetable oils was one of the important tasks in food quality control,and it touched people’s life and health.A rapid energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometer(ED-XRF)test method was introduced.The edible vegetable oils did not need to be pretreated,and the chromium,lead and cadmium elements were directly determined by energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometer.Performance parameters of this method such as limit of detection,accuracy,precision,difference between the analysis instruments and reproducibility were studied.The LOD of this method was Cr 0.275 mg/kg,Pb 0.071 mg/kg,and Cd 0.049 mg/kg,respectively.The test results of performance parameters(accuracy and reproducibility)were line with the standard statistical treatment of date of GB/T 4889—2008.The precision test results were compliance with requirements of GB/T 27404—2008.The test time of samples were no more than 15 min.This method could meet the rapid test requirements of chromium,lead and cadmium elements in edible vegetable oils.
