摘  要:井下无轨胶轮车的防爆柴油发动机激振对车载设备性能的可靠性及司机驾驶的舒适性有较大影响。以WC5E型无轨胶轮车为研究对象,应用隔振理论设计了一种新型发动机减振器。依据机械振动理论建立了发动机减振的六自由度力学与数学模型,并利用有限元数值法对微分方程进行了求解,证明了设计计算可以满足工作要求。进一步通过整车振动动态测试,证明了新型减振器的减振率较普通减振器有较大提升,尤其是司机座椅处减振率达到71.4%,取得良好的减振效果。The excitation from the explosion-proof diesel engine of the underground trackless rubber-wheeled truck has great influence on the reliability and the performance of on-board equipments and driving comfort.The paper took WC5E trackless rubber-wheeled truck as the research object,and applied the vibration isolation theory to design a new-type vibration absorber for the engine.Based on the mechanical vibration theory,a mechanical and mathematical model with six degree of freedom for the vibration isolation of the engine was established,and the differential equations were solved with the finite element numerical method,which verified that the design calculation met the work requirements.After that,the dynamic test for the vehicle vibration showed that the new-type vibration absorber had considerable improvement in vibration isolation than the ordinary one,especially the vibration isolation ratio of the driver seat reached 71.4%,the good vibration reduction effects were achieved.
