摘　　要：2014年以来,哈佛大学对博士学位进行重大调整,取消了一些专业学院独立设置存在多年的专业博士学位,改由文理研究生院主导在专业学院设置跨学科、跨学院PhD项目,设置了一些跨学院、跨学校双学位和联合学位项目。目前,PhD已在哈佛大学博士学位体系中占据绝对主导地位且更加复合型。这一变化加深了文理研究生院与专业学院间及各专业学院之间的合作。其工学院在办学定位、发展方向、科研与教学等方面都是跨学科的典范。我国“双一流”建设进程中,可学习借鉴哈佛大学的做法和经验,破除学科与组织壁垒,充分发挥不同学科和组织交叉融合优势,积极探索实施跨学科博士生教育。Since 2014,Harvard University’s PhD programs has undergone major adjustments,eliminating some professional doctorates which were set up within professional schools and have existed for many years.Graduate School of Arts and Sciences has coordinated a series of interdisciplinary and inter-organizational PhD projects,as well as some double degrees or union degree programs.At present,PhD in Harvard University’s doctoral degree system takes the dominant position and is more complex.This change has deepened the cooperative relationship between GSAS and professional schools.In the process of double-class construction,China should learn from Harvard University’s practices and experiences,actively carry out organizational changes,break down disciplines and organizational barriers,give full play to the advantages of different disciplines and organizations,and organize and implement interdisciplinary doctoral education.
