摘　　要：专业是高职院校教学的基本单元。落实学校专业建设质量保证主体作用,做好专业自我诊断与改进工作,是提高人才培养质量和水平的关键。基于“8字诊改螺旋”的质量改进策略,设计了高职专业诊改流程和实施路径,实现了专业建设目标链、标准链和任务链的有机衔接,形成了计划、实施、监控、诊断和改进的专业建设质量保证体系。Specialty is the basic unit of teaching in higher vocational colleges.The key to improve the quality and level of talents training is to implement the main role of quality assurance of specialty construction and implement the specialty self-diagnosis and improvement.Based on the quality improvement strategy of“8-character diagnosis and improvement spiral”,this paper designs the process and implementation path of diagnosing and improving the specialty in higher vocational colleges.For the realization of the effective connection of target chain of specialty construction,standard chain and task chain,it’s natural to form a quality assurance system of specialty construction including planning,implementation,monitoring,diagnosis and improvement.
