摘  要:分析目前中国保险汽车安全指数(C-IASI)关于低速结构正面碰撞试验后车辆维修经济性的设计要求,针对某自主品牌车型在该试验中出现的纵梁结构变形导致维修费用高昂的问题,运用有限元分析技术建立整车碰撞仿真模型,提出车身结构改进设计方案,进行基于优化方案的实车试验验证。结果表明,优化设计方案能够促进吸能盒充分变形吸能,有效降低低速结构正面碰撞中车身纵梁的变形,显著提高车辆低速碰撞后的维修经济性,其评级从"较差"提升至"一般"。The design requirements of repair economy in low-speed structural frontal crash of China insurance automotive safety index were analyzed.Aiming at the high repair cost caused by the deformation of the front side rail of an independent brand vehicle in the test,the whole vehicle simulation model was established by using the FEA technology,the optimization measures of the body structure were proposed,the optimized vehicle was tested both in the virtual and actual experiments.The results show that the optimization can promote the energy-absorbing box to be fully deformed,effectively reduce the deformation of the front side rail in low-speed structural frontal crash,and significantly improve the maintenance economy of vehicles after low-speed crash.Its rating was upgraded from“Poor”to“Average”.
