摘 要:团队文化作为科技创新团队的精神与灵魂,对团队绩效的影响不可忽视。通过文献的分析与总结,对科技创新团队文化自由与团队绩效的含义进行界定,对科技创新团队文化自由构成要素和团队绩效之间的关系提出假设并进行回归分析,运用结构方程模型对回归分析结果进行检验。结果表明:团队氛围、团队包容性、团队领导风格与科技创新团队绩效之间存在显著的正向影响关系;自由宽松型团队氛围、较强的团队包容性、授权式团队领导风格显著促进创新绩效,而对常规绩效的促进作用并不显著。从而得出科技创新团队文化自由与团队创新绩效显著正相关,较高的文化自由度能促进科技创新团队产生较高创新绩效的结论。As the spirit and soul of scientific and technological innovation team, the impact of team culture on team performance can not be ignored. Through the analysis and summary of the literature, the meaning of scientific and technological innovation team culture freedom and team performance is defined, the relationship between the elements of scientific and technological innovation team culture freedom and team performance is put forward and regression analysis is carried out, and the regression analysis results are tested by using the structural equation model. The results show that there is a significant positive influence relationship between team atmosphere, team inclusiveness, team leadership style and STI team performance, while the free and loose team atmosphere, strong team inclusiveness, and authorized team leadership style significantly promote innovation performance, but not the conventional performance. It is concluded that there is a significant positive correlation between scientific and technological innovation team culture freedom and team innovation performance, and that higher cultural freedom can promote scientific and technological innovation team to produce higher innovation performance.
