摘 要:为快速准确获得进给系统动力学模型,提出基于开放式运动控制器的进给系统快速辨识方法。首先,采用匀速信号加白噪声作为激励信号对进给系统进行激励,减小非线性摩擦对模型辨识精度的影响;其次,通过开放式运动控制器实时读取输入、输出位置反馈数据;再利用MATLAB辨识工具箱构建进给系统辨识模型;最后,使用实际加工程序对辨识模型进行验证。结果表明:该方法能够快速准确地建立进给系统辨识模型。通过设置合理的匀速信号及激励幅值可以大幅降低低速非线性摩擦对辨识结果的影响,提高辨识模型与实际进给系统的拟合度,使模型输出与实际输出拟合度达98.11%;运用加工程序对辨识模型进行验证,其线性部分最大误差在±3μm以内。In order to obtain the dynamic model of feed system quickly and accurately,a fast identification method for feed system based on open motion controller was proposed.Firstly,the feed system was excited by constant speed signal plus white noise as the excitation signal to reduce the influence of nonlinear friction on the model identification accuracy;secondly,the input data and output position feedback data were read in real time by using the open motion controller;then the feed system identification model was constructed by using MATLAB identification toolbox;finally,the identification model was verified by the actual processing program.The results show that the method can be used to establish the identification model of the feed system quickly and accurately.By setting reasonable constant speed signal and excitation amplitude,the influence of low-speed nonlinear friction on the identification results can be greatly reduced,so that the matching degree between the model output and the actual output can reach 98.11%.The maximum error of the linear part of the identification model is within±3μm.
