摘 要:智能控制由于其良好的控制效果正被广泛地应用在复杂的系统中。模糊控制作为智能控制的一种,不依赖被控对象精确的数学模型,适用于处理非线性和不确定性系统;滑模控制具有对参数变化和外界干扰不敏感的特点。将模糊控制和滑模控制相结合应用在二次调节静液传动系统中,能够有效解决非线性和参数变化及扰动的影响,从而使系统具有良好的动态品质。为提高系统效率,设计了两个二次元件驱动一个负载的二次调节静液传动系统,推导出系统的数学模型,然后设计了模糊控制器和滑模控制器;在此基础上,在MATLAB/Simulink中对整个系统进行了仿真,结果表明:模糊滑模控制的应用能够使系统响应快速且不易受被控对象参数变化的影响,达到了良好的控制效果。Intelligent control is widely applied in complex systems because of its good control effect.Fuzzy control,as one of the intelligent control,does not depend on the accurate mathematical models of the controlled plant and is suitable to deal with nonlinear and uncertainty systems.Sliding mode control has the characteristics of insensitivity to parameter variations and external disturbance.Integrating fuzzy control and sliding mode control for the application in the secondary controlled hydrostatic transmission system can effectively resolve the influence of nonlinear,parameter variations and disturbance,and enables the system to have good dynamic quality.To improve the system efficiency,the secondary controlled hydrostatic transmission system with two secondary units driving one load was designed,and the mathematical model of the system was deduced.Then,the fuzzy controller and sliding mode controller of the control system were designed.On this basis,the whole system was simulated in MATLAB/Simulink.The results indicate that the application of fuzzy sliding mode control enables the system to respond quickly and be not subject to the influence of parameter variations of controlled plant,and good control effect is achieved.
