开放大学两类教育文化同构的影响机制研究——基于组织整合机制理论视角

摘　　要：组织整合机制在开放大学两类教育文化同构中表达诉求,产生影响。当前组织整合机制的整合现状为:文化机制整合缺失滞后,科层机制整合弱化“失效”,市场机制整合强化突起。从整合功能分析,文化机制整合应推动开放大学的组织文化重构,科层机制整合应赋能开放大学的组织管理过程,市场机制整合应激发开放大学的新型大学特色。整合路径上,文化机制整合关键在于推动文化治校理念的变革和组织文化重构的开展,科层机制整合关键在于提高开放大学现代治理能力和文化治理效能,市场机制整合关键在于立足开放大学特色构建办学元素的优质供需关系。Organization integration mechanism expresses demands and produces effects on culture isomorphism between two kinds of education in the Open University.The current situation of the or⁃ganization integration mechanism is as follows:lack and lag of integration of cultural mechanism,weakening and failure of integration of hierarchical mechanism and reinforcement and protuberance of integration of market mechanism.From the analysis of the integration function,the integration of cultural mechanism should promote the reconstruction of organizational culture in the Open University,the in⁃tegration of hierarchical mechanism should energize organizational management process and the integration of market mechanism should stimulate the characteristics of new-type universities.In the way of the integration,the key to the integration of cultural mechanism lies in promoting the reform of the concept of cultural governance and the development of organizational culture reconstruction,the integration of hierarchical mechanism is to improve the modern governance ability and cultural governance efficiency in the Open University and the integration of market mechanism stresses on the construction of quality relationship between supply and demand based on the characteristics of the Open University.
