摘  要:通过对高职扩招院校建工类专业教师和学生开展问卷调查,了解高职扩招院校在学生入学前后遇到的问题及改进建议。分析得出现阶段高职院校扩招后普遍具有学校开设课程与提升学生技能存在差距、教学方式与学生的认识存在差异、校企联合培养仍然存在校热企冷现象、学分银行制度和“X”证书认证进展缓慢等问题。通过实施分类培养,注重因材施教;开展技能教学,深化校企合作;改革课程标准,重构课程体系;建立学分银行,加快X证书认证数量与进度,完善课证融通机制,可提高高职院校的社会招生人才培养质量。Through the questionnaire survey of construction engineering teachers and students in higher vocational colleges,we can find out the problems and suggestions before and after enrollment.The analysis shows that there are many problems in the expansion of higher vocational colleges,such as the gap between the courses offered and the skills improved,the difference between the teaching methods and the students’understanding,the phenomenon of school enterprise joint training still exist,the slow progress of the credit bank system and“X”certificate certification.Through the implementation of classified training,pay attention to teaching students according to their aptitude;carry out skill teaching,deepen the cooperation between schools and enterprises;reform the curriculum standard,reconstruct the curriculum system;establish credit bank,speed up the quantity and progress of X certificate certification,improve the course certificate fusion mechanism,which can improve the quality of social recruitment talent training in higher vocational colleges.
