“产教融合”视域下“1+X证书”制度的实施分析

摘　　要：“1+X证书”的推出,旨在打通职业教育专业、人才、社会三者脱节问题,是职业教育人才培养创新产物,能实现职业教育内涵提升,为国家转型升级提供技术技能型人才支撑,本文首先对“1+X证书”的概念进行了综述,梳理了“1+X证书”产生的背景,分析了“1+X证书”发展现状。基于此,文章提出了从实施院校主观认识定位、师资培养、课证融通、创新人才培养模式建立等方面,重塑构建实施职业教育“1+X证书”推进路径。The launch of“1+X certificate”aims to break through the disconnection of vocational education majors,talents and society.It is an innovative product of vocational education talents training,which can realize the promotion of vocational education connotation and provide technical and technical talents support for national transformation and upgrading.Firstly,this paper summarizes the concept of“1+X certificate”,combs the background of“1+X certificate”,and analyzes the the development status of the“1+X certificate”book.Based on this,this paper puts forward to reconstruct the“1+X certificate”promotion path for the implementation of vocational education from the aspects of the implementation of the subjective cognition positioning of colleges and universities,the cultivation of teachers,the integration of courses and certificates,and the establishment of innovative personnel training mode.
