摘　　要：在我国综合实力增强的视域下,在“一带一路”持续推进背景下,中文承担起较重的传播与交流作用,也逐渐引起越来越多的国内外人士的关注和认可,吸引了更多学者与学生参与到了中文学习中。在中文学习热潮下,汉语国际教育面临巨大挑战,需要面对及完成更艰巨任务,需迎合时代需求及时调整与创新人才培养策略。本文我们针对汉语国际教育专业人才培养进行深入探究,结合当下人才培育状况,挖掘问题、解决问题,切实带给相关教育工作者一些教学建议和帮助。In the context of the enhancement of China’s comprehensive strength and the continuous promotion of the“Belt and Road”Initiative,Chinese plays an important role in communication and exchange,which gradually attracts more and more attention and recognition from people at home and abroad,attracting more scholars and students to participate in Chinese learning.Under the upsurge of Chinese learning,the international education of Chinese language faces great challenges,and needs to face and complete more difficult tasks.It needs to adjust and innovate talent cultivation strategies in time to meet the needs of the times.In this paper,we conduct an in-depth study on the cultivation of talents in the field of Chinese international education,and combine the current situation of talent cultivation to dig out and solve problems,so as to bring some teaching suggestions and help to relevant educators.
