以省级实验教学示范中心为依托的开放管理模式探索

摘　　要：为培养学生实践创新能力提供场地与设备保障,将实验室采用开放式管理。为优化实验室管理,以省级实验教学示范中心为依托,融入实验室"管家""技术顾问"、企业骨干技术员与专职实验管理教师共同参与管理;通过互联网+技术的应用、学生科技社团入驻实验室、校企深度合作互惠双赢、闯关式循序渐进提升综合素养等模式的研究与探索。实践表明该模式不仅能有效提升学生实践创新能力,循序渐进的提升学生综合素养,而且还解决了实验管理人员劳动强度大、事务繁重等问题。At present,colleges and universities provide the space and equipment guarantee for cultivating students’practical innovation ability,and adopt open management for laboratories.To optimize laboratory management,the provincial experimental teaching demonstration center is integrated into the laboratory management of“housekeepers”,“technical consultants”,enterprise backbone technicians and full-time experimental management teachers.Through the application of the Internet plus technology,the study science and technology association’s lab,a deep cooperation between schools and enterprises are explored to get mutual benefit and win-win,and the progressive improvement of comprehensive literacy,etc.It has been proved that the model can not only effectively improve the students’practical innovation ability and their comprehensive quality,but also solve the problems such as high labor intensity and heavy affairs of the experimental management personnel.
