摘  要:随着国家建设一流本科课程、打造“金课”淘汰“水课”教学改革的推进,高校教师创意教学变得日益重要。为了厘清学生课堂表现对高校教师创意教学的影响,基于237份问卷调查数据,运用结构方程模型进行了实证分析。研究发现,学生课堂表现正向显著影响教师创意教学;教师教学情绪具有中介效应,即学生课堂表现可以通过教师教学情绪间接影响教师创意教学;学校支持正向调节教师教学情绪与教师创意教学间的关系,即学校支持水平越高,教师教学情绪对教师创意教学的影响就越明显。此外,对背景变量进行方差分析后发现:性别、年龄、教学比赛是否获奖及奖项级别对高校教师创意教学有显著影响。最后,基于研究结论提出了提升高校教师创意教学水平的对策建议。With the promotion of the national construction of first-class undergraduate courses, the creation of "Golden courses" and the elimination of "water courses" teaching reform, the creative teaching of college teachers becomes increasingly important. In order to clarify the influence of students’ classroom performance on college teachers’ creative teaching, an empirical analysis was carried out by using structural equation model based on the survey data of 237 questionnaires. The results show that students’ classroom performance has a significant positive impact on teachers’ creative teaching;Teachers’ teaching emotions have a mediating effect, that is, students’ classroom performance can indirectly affect teachers’ creative teaching through teachers’ teaching emotions;School support positively moderates the relationship between teachers’ teaching emotions and teachers’ creative teaching, that is, the higher the level of school support, the more obvious the influence of teachers’ teaching emotion on teachers’ creative teaching. In addition, the variance analysis of background variables shows that gender, age, whether the teaching competition wins or not and the award level have a significant impact on college teachers’ creative teaching. Finally, based on the research conclusions, the paper puts forward some suggestions to improve teachers’ creative teaching level.
