全面建设小康社会背景下的职业教育结构调整分析

摘　　要：为了推动职业教育发展,完善职业教育结构,针对全面建设小康社会背景下的职业教育结构调整展开分析。介绍职业教育结构调整要求,分析全面建设小康社会背景下调整职业教育结构的应然逻辑与实然逻辑,最后提出加强职业教育均衡性、创新办学结构、加强职业教育开放性3点建议,明确职业教育结构调整的方向与有效方法,为全面建设小康社会目标的实现提供参考。In order to promote the development of vocational education and improve the structure of vocational education,analyze the adjustment of vocational education structure under the background of building a well-off society in an all-round way.Introduce the requirements for the adjustment of the vocational education structure,analyze the logical and actual logic of adjusting the vocational education structure under the background of building a well-off society in an all-round way,and finally put forward three suggestions to strengthen the balance of vocational education,innovate the school structure,and strengthen the openness of vocational education.The direction and effective methods of educational structure adjustment provide reference for the realization of the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way.
