摘  要:高职院校对学生开展德育教育主要依靠班主任的力量。随着经济的发展与社会的进步,我国全社会范围内都形成了一种尊师重教的良好局面,但是教育方面仍然存在较为严重的问题,尤其是五年制高职院校教师和学生关系较为冷漠的问题。该文首先详细介绍了良好师生关系对于德育工作的重要意义以及当前我国高校师生关系的现状,并在此基础上就班主任如何在五年制高职院校中改善师生关系提出了一些针对性建议,希望能够为相关学者的研究提供一定的理论基础,同时也希望能够促进我国高等院校教育事业的发展。The moral education of students in higher vocational colleges mainly depends on the power of the head teacher.With the development of economy and social progress,a good situation of respecting teachers and valuing education has been formed in the whole society of our country.However,there are still serious problems in education,especially the problem of indifferent relationships between teachers and students in five-year higher vocational colleges.This paper first introduces the significance of good teacher-student relationship for moral education and the current situation of teacher-student relationship in Colleges and universities in China,and on this basis,puts forward some targeted suggestions on how to improve the teacher-student relationship in five-year higher vocational colleges,hoping to provide some theoretical basis for the research of related scholars,and also hope to promote the development of higher education in China.
